its ALIVE!!!

Shes alive and running yey, after a full day playing with the dizzy, cleaned spark plugs, charged battery and she fired up i nearly cried haha
now ive found out that when the attempted theft took place they tried taking my snorkle as its rattling round, and when i take the the handbrake off as im driving it keeps popping on but not to the extent that its stopping the car.(new handbrake cable??).
Just over the moon so had to share.

Could it be that they dragged it with another car for a short distance? Handbrake shoes and drum internals might have some issues, so I'd at least get the drum off and have a look. It might also be that the handbrake lever has been 'moved' slightly and that the locking pawl is not locking properly anymore, again, really needs looking at, which is centre console off ..

well given her a good clean today had jet wash on and got rid of a ton of rust and dirt found my spring footstep on the back is completely rusted and dead on one side and the underneath doesnt look too pretty either but chasey dunno if i spelt that right looks sound, the handbrake isnt working at all nearly ended up in my dads garage if i hadnt managed to reach the footbrake in time lo, wooops. so shes having to stay in gear until i get her sorted tommorow, need to get new spark plugs performance inst great so defo need new spark plugs were in 2nd going up small hills that shes usually bang up in 4th.
But im so happy to be driving her again, time to get her spoilt now hehe
