Hello helpme,
I'm over in Derbyshire not too far away mate. Have you ever tried any laning over here?. There's a fair amount of lanes and there's the public playdays run by BADLRC at Hartington. By the way, have you any experience regarding the 4x4 events at Weston Coyney near you?, cos I'm wondering whether its worth a visit.

Regards WP.

hi wesley
i have not been over your way but i will be soon sounds like fun.an weston coyney that is one hell of a day out i know a few of the lads that go they are just crazy i ant been for a few months as i killed my last 4x4 there just got a 1994 disco just got to get some wheels an tyres for the old girl if i can find some the right price that

yer there in leek had a look on the web site thought they were abit dear can i ask how much you payed and wat you had plz

just looking at there site now see wat they got have you looked at paddock of matlock they have some great deals and have most things in stock

Yeah, they're only 9 miles down the road. Been back and forth a few times recently cos I'm changing the gearbox in my series 2. My mate and me just changed the rear crankshaft oil seal cos it was leaking, might as well while the box is out.
Paddocks have had some decent looking tyres in, I think they were branded as "Highlander" or summat similar. Right price too.

i will have to have a look got sort out my tranfer box when i get round to it no low box its will be that bloody grub screw come lose again

will do this time bud. where about in matlock is paddocks i know some of the area but not sure where it is

Paddocks is about 2 miles east of Matlock on the A615 just outside a village called Tansley, the A615 is the Matlock to Alfreton road. If you're thinking of visiting then I reckon your best route would be Ashbourne to Wirksworth then into Matlock.

Regards WP.

yer thats the way i would go its a nice day out in matlock but this time the dog is going to come as cor got broke in last time

now thats a great thought have to try that one hope this snow comes make it more fun get over to matlock next week

Yeah, if it does come you're gonna have fun taking that route, but then again thats what its all about with a Landy. As well as Paddocks there's also Derbyshire Land Rover Supplies and they're based in Wirksworth, you might have seen the adds in the monthly mags. A bit more pricey than Paddocks but there if you need them mate.

Regards WP.
