I am neither employed nor do I employ. I'm sometimes asked to assist other firms with interviewing prospective employees.

They hear "I'm going tell you how competitor x does this and I'll be bringing loads of clients over to you".

I hear "The way I am selling myself to you for the position is by admitting that I'm a thief".

I try explaining this but it falls on deaf ears. Then they get all upset when matey moves on having ripped off their system and client list before any suggestion of resigning.
