Is there a market for this?

I'm currently breaking a 110, it's a truck/van bodied one? Looks a bit like this!

What I want to know is would there be a market for the hard top/track back bit whatever it's know as i.e. someone wanting to convert their soft top or something? I don't want to mess about taking it off if no one would want it.

pull it to pieces and put the best bits on ebay , anythin you get is a bonus ..... scrap the rest ...

That's just a picture to show what type it it, there's no roof rack and the wheels are just standard ones although they do have good tyres on them. The dash is not in the best of condition but if you can tell me how to take it out I'll send you some clear pics of it so you can decide if you want it.

How does the hard top unbolt?

How does the hard top unbolt?

There is a line of bolts following the internal gutter where the roof meets the sides and across the top of the windscreen. To unbolt the sides there are bolts in each corner and either side of the rear door. and a cople of brackets half way down the sides. The roof will be stuck to the windscreen and might need a bit of leverage to get it unstuck. Once unbolted the roof is manageable by 1 person but a 2nd pair of hands is useful.

Thanks for that, I've got most of them out but as you say the top is stuck to the windscreen and won't budge so I thought I'd missed something. I'll find some way of getting it off then stick it on ebay.

Not really, encountered more problems. The Discoveries gearbox was knackered hence me buying the 110, bought the gearbox and the rest came with it! The garage that are doing it lost one of their staff so are down to one man and mine is not a priority. I try and get over to do as much as I can myself but it's a 120 mile round trip each time!

I've got the wings loose, they are held on by one bolt at the bottom on each side but I'm damned if I can find it!

Engine is out of the Disco and ready to go in.
