Lifting a freelander is done by spacers ontop of the struts , so yes your going to be 50mm or 40mm higher up depending on the spacers you use . and you don't lift axles on the freelander !!
and you only have to get speedo re-callabrated if you also use bigger wheels to give more of a lift
