when you say war zone do you mean any place where there are septics? and as for being safe well if i was in iraq or should that be eyerack i'd rather be in a landy. hummer is too big a target for them rpg's

I once found a Twenty's thru'penny bit with a mates metal detector & I went into a right number about who might've dropped it, THAT kinda stuff raises allsorts. I get like that every time I find a bit of clay pipe on my allotment.

Give us some more info on your central heating Slob.
Two pipes come out of the back of what? the heat exchanger?
Where do they go to in the loft? an expansion tank? or is it a sealed system.
The pipes should change size for maximum efficiency if the system has been designed correctly.
Have you checked the pump?

two 30mm pipes should come out of your heating boiler and then change down to 20mm to your rads i think thats right

wot i said was its 30mm out the back then that goes down to 22mm in the loft .it has 14mm feeding the rads.
