Ird Removal

hello

just looked at the rave disc for the ird removal but it dont say if you need to remove cross member to get it out or if its easier to take it up into the engine bay.
can anyone advise me please????

Easier to take crossmember out, it make's a big difference.

The Rave disc also referes to removal / losening of the exhust manifold / down pipe. I found this did not need to be touched. As sparkyjohn, removal of front sub frame makes the job much easier and is itself quiet an easy task. Best of luck.

now any one know of this running temp oil replacement???? cant seem to find any ref on the rav disc
