Hi one and all, i have recently returned to Land Rover ownership, purchased a Freelander 1 5 door 1.8 petrol ES. I love the brand and am looking forward to using it once a few issues are resolved which i hope you all will help me with.

regards

Paul

Hello and welcome from me:)

Welcome to the looneyzone..

@Paul D is just jealous , he has to drive that noisy old 90 he has..........Honest...LOL

There is a good club or two in the localish area so should be plenty of ways to enjoy using it once you get your issues fixed.

Cheers

Heh, currently my 90 isn't noisy at all.

It still ain't feckin' moving at all ... The impact wrench and angle grinder are noisy around it though ... ;)

Usual stuff, starter motor went west, and once you get under you spot other broken bits .. like gearbox mounts etc.

I have two weeks off work after this week, using up time before April with nothing booked, so it'll all be going again soon, with a full set of oils, greases and even possibly a full new set of tyres if all goes well .. :)
