Intake Air temperature Sensor 2010 Freelander 2

Hiya all. Ive got a freelander 2 2010 that surges when in drive but only when the outside temperature is above 16c according to the display. Got no warning lights on. Was thinking it could be the IAT sensor but dont know where its located. Any advice would be good.

Is it petrol or diesel? auto or manual?

It's a 2.2 sd4 auto diesel

Try unplugging the IAT sensor see if it changes?
Air filter clean?
MAF sensor clean?
Try pressing the accelerator very slightly see if it still hunts?
Does it get a good run down a motorway occasionally?

Ordered some MAF cleaner so going to do that at the weekend. Gets a good run on the motorway every day. Where is the IAT situated?

I cant find it on mine been trying for weeks did you find yours
