Installing windscreen wheelboxes

Ive installed two new wheelboxes, and I dont know for sure whether the worm drive goes on the top
Of the toothed wheel on both boxes? Ive got it going like that at the mo, but the wipers are going the same way on each screen, I thought they went opposite? I’ve read somewhere that the worm drive goes on top of one box and underneath the other but I cant see how that would work! Thanks in advance !

The wipers do go in opposite directions but I've no idea about the position of the worm drive. Is one of the motors wired up wrong?

As I recall it is one on top and one below on later series.
If when you switch on the first move of the wiper motor is to pull the worm drive wire then it will be on the bottom of the drivers side and on top of the passenger side.
If first move is push the wire it will be opposite way around. Hope that helps.

It does look wrong when setting it up as it means that the worm cable doe snot sit horizontally and is at an angle along the bulkhead. but it is definitely one above and one below.
