Disco 2 Installed heated seats switches, and I can hear them activate under seat....but

Installed heated seats switches, and I can hear them activate under seat....relays and/or fuses, etc...but no heat at all.....am I missing a step to enable them?

you sure the heater elements are fitted?

No I guess not, I was going off of advice I got that all leather option D2s have the elements and just need switches.
What is easy way to find out?

I would imagine that if the wires are in the seat you will have the element but they sound like it has burnt out.
I replaced the heater element on the drivers side a couple of years ago and now the passenger side has stopped working.
A fairly easy job to do if you like getting stuck in. I replaced the sharp metal hog rings with very small zip tie on re-assembly as they are easier to work with.
