Was changing my glowplugs and noticed the end injector above it has been capped and the old pipe cut and left hanging. Any ideas why?

As above both diffs and both gearboxes have their own breather pipes.
Frond diff pipe travels along pass side trailing arm, cant remember where it ends up?
Both gboxes end up back of engine.
Think rear diff pipe finishes up near the top of the chassis.
Quite common to run them all to a mnaifold in the engine bay then up the snorkel if you have one fitted.

Me being a rodney never looked close enough at the pic., yes thet pipe is capped as std, its not the injector, its the spill rail.

Should this be capped though? The pipe under first inject closest to bulkhead, thanks

That’s correct.no pipe missing.
This is what they call a spill rail, any excess fuel returns to the injector pump.
Make sure you have some spare pipe that size(if it’s a rubber pipe coated in cotton weave) these crack and let air into the system. Engine still runs but takes longer to start
