I did wonder about the bio, but thought it might be the little bits of crap still being cleaned out of the tank/fuel line from using the bio. I've just ordered some new 5 micron filters for my processor, so will see how it goes with my next batch. The stuff I'm getting off the gauze filter is like tiny little crusty bits, almost like miniscule dead skin flakes.

Might be worth trying to pump out the entire tank contents and running through a J cloth-they are about 5 uM

I doubt I'd be able to get the tank 100% empty and even if I did, if there is **** in there, there still could be residue left on the sides/bottom. With my new filters on the processor I'm hoping the next batch of bio will be cleaner. If there's any crap left in the system I suppose I'll just have to keep cleaning the gauze filter until it's gone.

A week and about 250 miles after cleaning and the filter had already started to clog up again. I've changed the filters in my processor now, so I'll see how it goes with my next batch of bio. Got just over half a tank of this batch left to use.
