Info needed.

I know by asking the following that I risk a terrible bashing but I'll take my chances and hope to be lucky enough to come out undamaged and with the needed info.

It's about that LR site where one can download all sorts of info re maintenance/repair of LR products? Have seen this a couple of times already in posts but as I never tried/needed anything I don't know this site anymore. Now a new member on the Flemish (Belgian) Freelanderclub needs some info and I thought, if possible, to give him this url.
