I have a failed suspension pump on my P38. I currently have the pump removed from the vehicle. At the moment I do not have the means to reset the EAS fault. I have read that people have managed to get their suspension reinflated via a few ingenious routes. However my P38 only went onto the bumps when the hard fault message came on (The pump was failed before but the air managed to stay in the system). It appeared that the EAS knowingly deflated the system when the hard fault occurred. If this is the case surely any attempt to reinflate would be futile? Does the EAS need to be reset before I can attempt to reinflate?
