Recently had my chassis swapped. Everything worked fine with it on the drive home, no problems what so ever.

Park it up on the drive and at this point I had never locked it and set the alarm since picking it up. So I do so when its on the drive. The alarm goes crazy, goes off about 9 times, doesn't respond to the fob and finally kicks the bucket. Hazard switch had fallen to pieces when I removed it so discarded it and installed a new one. Changed the fuses in my alarm and the hazard fuse, reconnect the battery. It sounds for a second and stops again, indicators work for a blink or two and another fuse pops. I try and use hazards and then that fuse pops too.

Not only is my car constantly immobilized by the alarm that has freaked out but my indicators and hazards don't work either. I can hot wire the car to start it and it runs ok, headlights, sidelights and that work fine. I thought it would be the hazard switch but it hasn't resolved anything.

You have a short circuit, possibly a trapped wire from the chassis upgrade or your alarm ecu is goosed.
I sugest you disconect the wires from the alarm that go to indicators, then try your hazards and indicators this should rule out if its the vehicle wiring.

If you have a intermittent short on your indicator system this may be causing the alarm fuse to blow by tracking back through wires connected to the alarm.

I would if i were you i disconnect the alarm and then see what result you get from there.

Yep, it was the wire to the rear left indicator that got trapped between the body and chassis. Cut it out and replaced it, sorted! Cheers guys :)
