Disco 2 Indicator Stalk STC4017

Does anyone know if they changed the stalks on the facelift discos? STC4017 looks identical to what I have but all the parts places state either up to 2003, or up to chassis 2A782668 or all models pre-facelift. I cannot see what difference there could be, nor any parts listed specifically for post-2003 models.

The facelifts have twin headlights -that might be the reason.

There is a difference even in shape but more in price, for facelifts the p/n is XPC500030PUY ... i cant confirm that the old one would not fit though
