Had my disco II in marshalls since 1st june , They still havnt got the new Barrel etc parts

Had my disco II in marshalls since 1st june , They still havnt got the new Barrel etc parts
It takes couple of hours max (assuming nothing goes to plan) to change an ignition lock. Are they getting a new one made up to the original key? If so that will explain whats taking the time. If they are fitting one with a different key then they are taking the ****.
