Idle Gears?

i av a disco 1 200 tdi, 1993

i have had a new clutch put in last month but when i start it up the is a noise like a rattling noise untill i push the cluch pedal down??? i av also noticed now even when it is warmed up it still does it when i come to stop. SHUD THEY BE A NOISE ???

they did replce the clutch release bearing didnt they ?

It could be the gears chattering, you get it sometimes after fitting a new clutch as the springs in the plate are stronger and don't absorb the vibrations from the engine as much, if it is it's nothing to worry about.
