have found what I believe to be a 110 defender heritage in the darker green, the alloys, grill & side steps are incorrect. But the interior is green leather throughout, white dials with chrome surrounds and a chrome gearknob.

I have referenced it's date against a correct 110 heritage and both were registered in March 2000, in addition the reg numbers are only a couple hundred apart.

Are there any tel tel signs? the owner is attempting to look for the history. Many thanks

I would have thought as there were so few that a trip to the main dealer with the VIN would yield best results as to actual provenance as all the options you list can be readily obtained new and secondhand.

This is very much a 20yr old motor at this point and who really knows its life history but if for a selling point you want it to be more than " just another 110" then something official from LR themselves is the way to go along with repairing and replacing any non standard items for original if it was or upgrading to correct parts if you wanted to create a replica.

+1
main dealer will be able to look up build records and confirm original spec
