Yep looks like the chassis will have bent - how fast were you going??

he was only going slow. it says so on the road.

Yes blue beasty, the offside chassis rail has buckled up and snapped the steering arm, it has also lifted the bulkhead and distorted the roofl

decent chassis on ebay for about 500 bulkheads £50 to £150 for a decent one.

do not let the insurance take the vehicle away from you. it's yours even if they write it off.

if your any good with a set of spanners you could sort that out for less than a grand buying 2nd hand parts off Ebay.. If you decided to scrap it give me 1st refusal I'll have it off you.

on the up side my mates flogging a bob tail chassis ,100 inch

I'd say from the pics, chassis, wing, bonnet, bumper, a bar, radius arms, Slam panel, possibly rad

Got a straight defender bumper in perfect knick I'll sort you cheap if and when. I don't need it.

Oh yes, 9.30 am this morning, it will be a chassis up rebuild, Ive already put disco axels, (rebuilt) brake lines, callipers, fuel tank, steering box, pollybush kit, steering arms, cambelt, rad, and welded 5 patches on the chassis this spring.

Not worth re-building. You broke the offside wiper arm.
