Insurance is the big deal. I've had insurance companies state that they cover all of Europe except Germany, Spain, France, Austria, Italy, and Luxembourg.

Where does said Kosovan live. The world is a big place and you have not said where your Kosovan resides in it. My housekeeper is a Pole, but she doesn't commute from Poland.
