Hw much Paint for 110 Chassis

Just thinking ahead my Chassis should be hopefully nearly ready for sand blasting,
Gonna get Primer and paint ready, still undecided on what's the best yet.
Would like to put at least a couple of good coats on, Anyone know how many litres it will take??

Non, if you get it galvanised.

Would love to But just had Hernia Operation yesterday they say I will be off work for at least 6 weeks so cant afford it, not sure how much the sandblasting gonna cost yet,

Speak to a galvaniser. It's possible that if you do the transport it could cost less than the paint. No need to blast it either, unless you're doing that before inspecting and welding.

Some galv places have their own blasting set ups.
Galvers don't like paint or heavy rust generally.
Save up and get it galved you won't regret it!

6 weeks of wire brushing will get it done, cheapest method and it will get you back to full fitness.

By the way does anyone know how many litres of paint it will take to cover 110Chassis

I'd guess at about 6sq. Metres, and so you'd be using about 0.8 Litres per coat.

Thanks so 2 litre tin will be ample enough, do all brackets ect too,
