P38. This could be something and nothing. Noticed lots of clear water (not coolant) in passenger footwell. Looked under bonnet and the Air Con pipe that disappears into bulkhead passenger side was dripping with lots and lots of condensation and I guess this was what was in footwell. Never noticed it before, is it normal? Everything appears to be working ok.

By the way, I recently changed Blend Motor and Heater o rings leaked badly afterwards. Was about to change them but first yanked the heater pipe upwards (in opposite direction to that I thought I had pushed them when changing blend motor - and miracle of miracles the o rings re-sealed! Lucky or what? Pity poor old fffifer hasn't had a bit of luck like that......

Anyway can anybody reassure me on condensation please?

Sounds as though the drain tube is blocked. Remove the panel that goes from the centre console to glove box and have a good feel around near the carpet where the vent comes out and you should feel a rubber ribbed pipe. You should be able to pull this off the rigid pipe it connects to and blow down it to clear the blockage, also, using a thick piece of plastic pipe, cable tie etc, clean the upper pipe. Push back together and your footwell should stay nice and dry

Got it! - Actually I poked it out from under the car and water appeared - I didn't realise there was a drain tube on that side - thought there was only one on the drivers side. Thanks for your advice.
