I think I am going to have to change my gearbox from a 22 to a 24 and would like to know if there are any problems when doing this
I have read somewhere that the 24 boxis 2 ins longer so will the rear mount have to be relocated and will the front prop shaft have to be extended and the rear one shortened?
Any information would be appreciated thank you

Overall length of both units is the same as the shorter HP22 has a spacer fitted between it and the transfer box. The later 065 HP24 is identical in length to the HP22.
On some the oil pump drive is different, otherwise just the bell housing to swap. Props & mounts stay the same. You must keep your original ECU.

Thanks Data thats just what I needed apart from the time to do it also is the torque converter the same ?
I think I can get a heavy duty one from sussex automatics and tink it might be worth it unless the stall rate is different

You use the same torque converter or an uprated one from Ashcroft engineering, not sure Sussex Automatics do them, think they may also come from Ashcrofts.
