How to set fuel pump to standard settings again?

My 200tdi disco lump had its pump turned up by the previous owner of the engine. I know that I could put the pin back to where the slight groove mark lines up with the pin but is there anyway to set the diaphragm and star wheel and the little top torx screw to standard?

The mark made by the pin should show the original position of the diaphragm.

Every one I've seen has a punch mark which originally would have been in the 9 o clock position when viewed from the off side wing.

There's no way to tell how much the star wheel and smoke screw have been moved unless it was marked. Most guides suggest one full turn clockwise for starwheel when tweaking so the opposite is as good a guess as any.

Smoke screw the same, guides suggest 1 1/2 - 2 turns clockwise to tweak

I remember a round dot on the diaphragm and I've turned the other back so far. Reason I wanted to return it to standard was because I put in a boost pin instead. I managed to get it down to only smoking when on full boost so I'll hazard a guess at turning the star wheel back a little more and live with that.
