How to resync the remote with the car after i removed the battery of my range rover

Hi. I have a range rover P38 1996 4.0 SE V8 and i change the battery of my car. But now my remote key dose not lock and unlock the dore with the button. How i can resync my remote key with the car???

Press and hold lock button, insert key into door, turn to lock, turn to center, remove key from lock, release lock button. Press and hold unlock button, insert key into door, turn to unlock, turn to center, remove key from lock, release unlock button.
