How to repair this? (Bulkhead)

Im trying to figure out how to replace the rusty area on my bulk head shown below. I'm ordering a set of these for the vent surround;



I'll also be ordering a pillar for the driver side.

However no one seems to make replacement sections for this bit. Btw its the metal shown behind the brake servo and the structural metal is solid, its just the skin that covers it.

So anyone have any ideas? Also would it cause an MOT failiure?

Yes, Mot failure cos it's within (whatever) cms of brake system components.
Should be easy enough to make a patch plate for that area?

Yes, I though about making a patch. Just suprised, it seems possible to replace almost every part of a bulkhead except that bit!!

Maybe I've found a gap in the market!!

Any idea how thick the steel is?

No idea really but use 1 or 1.2 mm to repair, most accessory places sell stuff that's like tin foil, hard to weld and rots quickly too.
