How to remove door lock barrels on a series 3

Does anybody no how to replace the door lock barrels on my series 3?

Mine were held in with notched locking rings on the inside, just loosen them off with a small cold chisel and a persuading stick.

Did mine years ago, they where so simple I can't remember how.

Early type just remove screw from inside and put key in then pull barrel out with key.
