How to deal with this rust?

I'm giving my defender a bit of a tidy up, and have just found this rust on the rear right door. My question is can I just jenolite/kurust then fill it? Or is it worth getting it welded? If so, can it be welded in situ without removing the glass?

It may be worth considering welding it up, and at the same time clearing the door up to make sure that wherever the water came from, it doesn't get there again and start rusting.

If you were welding, I'd be tempted to either take the glass out, or be prepared to buy new glass when it breaks

Until you decide what to do with it, give it a good squirt of WD40
