How to clean fibreglass roof

Hello all
My Landy has a fibreglass roof (a very dirty and scratched one) with brown/redish spots like rust all along the edges (probably from roof rack of previous owner). I have tired to clean the mess without much success and online search so far has not been very helpful. Any suggestions or tricks?

If it's rust/contamination try a product called IronX. It's a detailing product that makes bonded fillings/fallout "bleed" out of the paint. Fascinating.

Have you tried it...does it work?

If you go down the T-cut or similar route, be very careful not to polish right thu the gel coat.

Personally, I just leave my roof dirty

I've used it extensively on my cars but never specifically on a series LR roof. Beyond my personal recommendation I'm sure google will present videos of interest.
