Disco 2 How slow?

I cleaned the map sensor yesterday (totally caked in crud) and checked a few other bits. Haven't done the MAF yet, tomorrow's job, then I'll see if it's made any difference.

If not I'll have to look a bit deeper.

You should see an improvement if it was really caked, for all the talk of remaps it is best to get everything in order beforehand

EGR delete
clean MAP and maybe intake manifold
Check MAF working correctly
Check all turbo and intercooler pipework
Up to date on servicing

Did you check ECU red plug for oil? Mine had oil ingress but only symptom was low power on hard throttle in 3rd gear
