Afternoon guys!

Now im sure i will get some funny looks but im planning on selling my 200tdi and getting a disco or maybe something completely different. Reason being is that the landy is under utilised really and i think that a vehicle that i could use for work and play would be cheaper..

Its a J plate 90 SWB pickup 200tdi with 182000 miles. I rubbed it down, corrosion treated the minor patches, then had it resprayed the original colour. Its chassis was waxoiled when i got it about 12 months ago. Its got tree sliders instead of sills along the bottom which is good becuase they dont drop to bits! It has freestyle alloys and GG tyres which have done less than 500 miles from new. It has a towbar, IW galv back. Its had a full service, cam belt, new clutch, master and slave cylinders, MOT and 12 months tax. Its in a lot better than average condition, the bulkhead is in A1 condition and the rear bulkhead is less than 5 years old. Structurally she is sound, the body work is corrosion free with a few minor dents. It has a 4'' lift kit on it and barring that and the rock sliders is completely un-bastardised. I forgot to mention that its got a brand new front bumper, 2x spots on the D bar and also a rubber liner in the back to protect the floor..

Ive spent the best part of £1500 on it in the last year and done 3000 miles in it.

What would you expect to get for it or be willing to pay for it?

I spent around £1500 on one last year... the sad truth is you will be lucky to get all your money back

Fully aware of that matey, im not expecting to get what i paid PLUS £1500 for it.. if that were the case there would be some seriously expensive defenders around! hehe.

Im just looking for an honest price to see where i stand or how much i stand to lose!

£3k easy - might want to take those silly wheels off and put some originals on and sell the alloys as a set

I agree with Sean :)

Take the Alloys off and put some Steels on (Sell Alloys on ebay or keep them for the Disco?), Take the A-Bar off and put the Number plate in orginal position, And take the Checker plate off :)

Standard Landys make more money!
