how much for a complete 2.25 diesel engine?

How much would you expect to pay for a compete with ancillaries 2.25 diesel engine, 3 bearing, non servo? Has probably only done 10,000 miles max since rebuild.

Not sure but if it helps, I paid £350 for a 5mb diesel which had done 34k from new on it. Recently had new timing chain and came straight out of the vehicle. This is without all ancillaries etc. Not cheap but it came from a known source.

Yes thank you that does help as a bench mark. I am selling a load of bits and had an enquiry via ebay so asked for £220 but not heard back presumably they think that is too expensive but I figured I could strip it down and sell in bits for near that. After all that might be what there are thinking so I'm not giving it away.

I've got a 2.25, 4 stud horizontal outlet manifold on ebay for £40 inc p and p if you want it?

Mine is the downwards facing type....bought one off a 2.5na now so I'm sorted but thanks anyway.
