Microcat doesn't list a HD spring, but does list a HD shock. I need to change the shocks as the bushes are shot, (I know I can just change the bush.. but I'd prefer to change shocks)

I know its not got self levelling, so that rules out one of the three options!

Coils tend to be thicker on HD springs than on standard ones, compare with someones standard Landy.
Also if you have developed a bad back its likely they are HD.;)

Do your springs have any paint colours on them?
As far as I can see, just 20 year old rust! Microcat lists 2 sets of springs, one for self levelling, and one other, but no HD springs. Its the shocks that are listed as poss HD....

Fecking awful ride when unladen. Unless you NEED HD springs I would stay well clear of them - the ordinary springs will cope just fine with heavy loads, just not the best if the majority of your driving is done with a heavy load - then it pays.

Until I get round to changing my HD's out having 500kg of sand in the back makes it a perfect ride!
