How can I gain more legroom.?

I own a defender 90, and I need more legroom. I have already got fitted the riser rails but still require a tad more room. Any suggestions pleaes. Would a rear bulkhead delete bar do?

Cut your footwells out and weld them a bit further forward using spacers.
I did that with my Mini a zillion years ago, but the pedals were a bit of a pain to reposition.

Could also sit on the back seats

Centre bulkhead removal bar is the best option, fit that and you will be able to slide the seats further back.
