New member so apologies if I should have introduced myself somewhere first before firing straight in with a question. I have a 2000 Freelander ES V6 auto which has decided not to start whenever the engine is hot. After several searches on this site and in general, I have replaced the cam and crank sensors but this has not cured the issue and I am now at a loss as to what to do next. Before I go down the route of engine diagnostics has anyone on here had a similar issue and if so what was the outcome?
She starts fine when cold - starter whirrs away happily and the battery is fine as well. I can hear the fuel pump whirr etc but the engine cranks over without even a hint of trying to start.
