Hot start issue surging and limp mode

Freelander 1 td4 70k
Having issues on hot start
Surging under acceleration
Limp mode kicking in
So been on two scanners came up fuel pressure sensor and found out high pressure pump wasnt hitting 60kpa at 3k.
So bits ive replaced
High pressure pump
Fuel pressure sensor
Low pressure pump
Filter
Tank sender
Various fuel lines
Vacuum lines
Boost control solenoid
Injector out stripped cleaned re sealed
Inlet cleaned new sills egr delete
Maf sensor replaced
Egr mapped out on ecu
Crank breather mod
New boost pipes

I'm loosing the will to.live gona fit Crank sensor this week only cam.and temperature one left
Runs lovely no smoke great on fuel any one any ideas

Issues on hot start - cranking but struggling to fire?
Cam sensor is likely candidate.

Had the truck Scoped at weekend all sensors are working in there parameters p1190 came up as a error code so now thinking manifold pressure sensor or turbo clean out but don't see how that affects start from hot literally running out of ideas I have a spare cam sensor so ill fit that tonight see if that helps

A duff cam sensor won’t necessarily trigger a code.

Sure, a clean out of the system will help, but if it starts ok cold then struggles hot, that would be my number 1 guess without looking at it, especially given all the parts above that have been thrown at it.

I have just done Crank sensor got a spare cam will try later worth a shot just bought a obd reader notice boost is only 14 psi think it should be nearer 20 psi also bought a synergy box to try n fool air and fuel see if thats the issue also checked turbo actuator was free n vacuum lines have no leaks literally giving up got a manifold sensor coming to literally a new engine bay lol

If you have low boost, then make sure you have reconnected all your new boost pipes correctly, and that the are fully sealed
