Hot Brakes

Hi just looking for some advice
Ive changed the oil seal and metal spacer on each axle / brake and changed the pads all round as they were all oil soaked.
Found the drums a bit tight to replace even with the adjuster on its lowest setting and the drums are getting very hot all round and can feel the brakes when holding the clutch and rolling anyone have any ideas??

Check for play in the brake pedal - if this has disappeared the master cylinder might not be releasing the hydraulic pressure completely. Or the master cylinder might be firked.

while youre on check the axle breather if not already, mine just failed its mot with oil in drums prob caused by a blocked breather,
as oxides said , you can check the play on the master cylinder rod by removing the panel inside engine bay
