Horn continuously blowing after rebuild

Every time we connect the battery the horn continuously blow. We recently rebuilt the land rover, it's a 110 TD5. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Also there's no power to the solenoid...

Is the horn connected to the immobiliser in anyway? Because we took it out as it wasn't being used ....

could be the alarm

which could also explain the lack of power to the solenoid
