I took the air box out completely and run with an aftermarket boy racer type filter on top of the snorkel itself. Made the rest from ally tubing and connected to the flex pipe at compressor inlet on the turbo.

that DV is great with rear hubs as well a true genius is among us 
Back on topic Dv did a good job with the snorkel he'd fitted
Bad job of wurring in a second battery,bubble bubble steam.....

Got any pictures of what it looked like ? How did you fix the pipe to the pillar against the windscreen ?

Will try to dig out some pics.
To support the pipe on the winscreen pillar, I made a 2" wide strap around the pipe, like a big 'P' clip the secured it with self tappings screws.
Not necessarily the prettiest solution but seems to work ok.
