Higher gearing pls! Defender td5

Hi I'd like to be able to cruise at around 60 or, more if able, without being deafened by the high revving td5 in my 04 defender 90, I currently drive everywhere at 50 to make it a little less noisy. Is there such a thing as overdrive or another modification that can be done to give a longer top gear? Thanks.

it's a defender , it's meant to be noisy. td5's are quiet mate ,you should try a 200tdi or 19j at 70mph, they howl like banshee's.
