I use mine for moving my 110 from one side of the drive to the other, jack up, then push over. They are lethal, sometimes they can send the handle flapping up and down but I've never seen it. They need to be kept greased like bb says, and off road they're good as a tirfor style winch or for breaking suction when a motor is belly deep in mud, or breaking the bead on a tyre. I've used mine with best results though for what it's designed for - pulling up tree roots and concrete posts etc.
