Hi there,

My names Adam, i'm 20 and i live in essex. I am looking to get my first land rover, a td5 defender to use as a second 'car'. I have had a look at one that i like it is a 2001 county hard top.

The landy seems sound but there are a couple of things i am unsure about and would like some advice. Firstly, it has 107000 miles on the clock is this high for a land rover of this age or could it be a problem? Also whilst looking underneath i noticed grease around the front hubs (suspect hub seals), is this a major job or is there an easy fix?

Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated. :)

It's all easy if you know what you are doing, and do a search,
