Hi all, Ive just joined up after skulking around in the shadows of anonimity for the last year or so, so i thought it was about time to join and pass on my knowledge.
I bought my first landy about a year ago, from a scrapyard, a 2002 freelander van with 1 previous owner (environment agency) and most of the engine in the boot (need i say it's a 1.8k), half an lpg conversion, one dent and no filler anywhere. 76k on the clock
A Year later (just had it's second MOT with me) I'm still hooning around in it and love it more than ever
I am a welder fabricator by daily trade, and a mechanic/auto elec at the weekend and I live on the edge of the brechfa forest in west wales.
