Hey guys, just went completely bonkers (so i have been told) and bought a land rover series II A military ambulance off ebay last night.
Urrgghh what have i done haha!
Im buying it to partially convert to a basic campervan (i have no issues with roughing it slightly) and will use it to carry my race bikes to enduro meetings etc, with a greatly reduced risk of getting stuck in the mud whilst im there!
We (me and the mrs) also want to go travelling in a couple of years and quite fancy driving back to her home country (South africa) so thinking.. why not!
Anyways im in ashby de la zouch in leicestershire, so you might see it driving about soon, as soon as i can register it (which ill start a fresh thread about)
