hi new here. Just bought a 96 RR DSE

Hi Im new to the Forum, but not new to Landys, has series 3, 90, currently a Freelander, and now. tell me if I'm Mad just bought a 96 DSE RR.

Is this a mistake, or are they basically good, with a few minor issues.

Seems Battery voltage is a problem. I've had a new one fitted before collection, how do I preserve it.

They're alright, air suspension, door latches, bad starting (diesel) are the common faults on them.

As for your battery, just care for it in the way you would for any other battery.

keep a set of jump leads in the boot with the spare cos if you`ve got an auto like me and the battery does drain you can always get a jump.

Just bought a power pack to take with me, just in case.
