What surprises me is how someone hasn't come up with a coil spring kit for the L322 o_O:D
use them to lift for off-roading so no purpose on L322 ;)

How is it legal, ie how do you pass an MOT if you swap from self levelling air bags to springs? As soon as you put some weight in, the non adjustable headlights point up to the sky and dazzle other drivers
You would have to put 2 P38s in my boot to press rear down. I did have headlight beams adjusted to angle for the lift. Doesn’t dazzle, unlike the commonly legal HID bulbs that blind everything in opposite lane

Did mine with a Foxwell NT510, @Saint.V8 posted a table with all the measurements for different wheel sizes.
Foxwell have a 50% off sale :)

Hi backinblack
I received the NT530 which they said was the upgraded version, downloaded software all good when going into calibration mode in the pre notes it says to put correct wheel size in but I could only find the 4 x height boxes to fill in ??? also it is the actual height to be entered or the heights that were on the attached sheet you sent, It did recalibrate but looks slightly high to me maybe its because i'm not used to seeing it

I put the actual heights in for each corner i.e. measure each corner and enter the values as is, the Foxwell knows what heights they shoud be so callibrates it from that. IMO the wheel size is not important since the diameter of different wheel sizes and tyre combinations should be the.

Hi I did( they were all different ) that and first time nothing seemed to happen and when I took the car out the inactive came back 2nd time it has been on motorway lowered and returned to normal height so fingers crossed its ok cheers for your help.

It took me a couple of goes also. It looked about right so I just left it. When I get time I will measure it properly as per saintv8's table and see how it compares.

Hope yours is ok.

Hi received the Foxwell NT530 great went through calibration everything fine went down on motorway returned to normal height thought I had cracked it then after 5 days got warning again air suspension inactive, Read codes and they were as follows
35 DTC ECU FAULT
32 DTC CAN BUS FAULT
I believe the reservoir pressure needs to be at least 8-11 bar mine read 5.81

Any ideas to what may be wrong ?

What does DTC stand for? Whatever it is it might be the source of the problem, air suspension inactive comes up for many unrelated faults because of the CAN BUS interconnecting everything.

That doesn't seem to pin it down very much to me, it may mean something more specific to others. I'm still a relative newbie to the L322 and have little experience with air suspension (for now :)) other than setting the height, and putting a sensor on the wrong way round . May be worth checking all the ECS for errors, or seeing if there are any ECU's that you can't talk to.

I think the suggestion is that the pump os knackered and not producing enough air.
