Just introducing myself.
I'm Lincoln based and currently converting a 130 pick up into an overland camper.
Anyone local get in touch or anyone who has experience in camper conversion. Advice is always welcome.

Hi and welcome about to do the same to a 101 here in Algarve when I get it matriculated.
The more I think about prep and security and read about it it's not vehicle theft but equipment etc that you have to think of being stolen,unlike in the UK.

Yea we have worked out the same thing. We are planning multiple lockable boxes to stash important/expensive equipment. Most of our stuff will be inside the vehicle rather than on roof racks etc but if they want to break in they will break in regardless so there is only so much you can do.

We almost went for the 101 but has slight worries about issues at border crossings with it being ex MOD.
