Im likeing the idears and pics.
Being a tight git Im gunna make a mount onto my home made swing away wheel carrier to old my jack.
Then again the mount above the rear door looks good

If you've got a swingaway. then drill 2 holes thru the frame an get 2 Bolts, with the heads cut off. feed em thru the tubes and weld em to the carrier

Dunno about Defender, but I just used M12 bolts and Nyloc nuts ... holes drilled in spare tyre mount .. or anywhere you like really ..

Think I'm going to move it inside when I get round to it, had it 'played with' a couple of times now!
